Redmine Instability, Don't let it be a block

We've been struggling a lot with instability on the Redmine. It's important that you don't let this instability be a block to your work. The normal symptoms of a "known problem" are descriptions or comments just "not showing up." If you find that this is the case, you should:

  1. (if possible) file a ticket immediately in the projects.quakecon.org issue tracker.
  2. PM ash` on IRC, gamesurge network.
  3. If no response, send me an SMS message.
  4. If no response, call me on my cellphone.
